I went into the store to let them know and the clerk told me " we don't have auto shut off, these are really old pumps" I know this to be an untrue because until today my husband and I always got our gas there. I don't blame the clerk, although he was not only unsympathetic and unhelpful, he is certainly not responsible for the maintenance of the pumps. My concern lies in the aftermath of the spill. I drove by again shortly after the incident to see if the gas had been cleaned up, it had not. I also wanted to see if the pump had been turned off or if it had been marked as defective, again, it had not. I can't imagine how this would have been handled had this been an actual emergency. The 5 cents I saved will not make up for the money I needlessly spent, the car mats and shoes that will need to be replaced, or most importantly the trust I had in this company.

Then asking if you're a rewards member (free and you save a few cents per gallon). Then if you want a receipt at the end. People over exaggerate and make it sound like it has 20 questions. I deducted one star because on more than one occasion, I have had to go inside to get my receipt. A few times the pump told me I would have to go inside and one time it never printed out, so I had to go in. However, the clerk is always pleasant and most apologetic for the inconvenience. Since I am right there, I might as well pay less for gas that is too high priced as it is.

When you pay at the pump, it is a good bet that there will be no paper in them, so if you want a receipt you have to go insed the station. The car wash does not clean your car properly, no does the time on the dryer work properly. It says you have 10 seconds left, yet it shuts down. Recently I saw a customer and the cashier argue. The customer wasn't the most 'friendly', but the cashier handled it poorly. You never made rude comments to a customer, and provoke them more. Poor customer service, poorly maintained pump! This place has the worst possible rating. If I could give them a 1/4 star, I would!

This time, I saw the young man pour the entire jug into my engine then toss (like end-over-end) the empty plastic jug in the trash. He shows me the dipstick, which looked OK after starting the car. But I was suspicious. The car's never required 5 quarts before. In the morning, with a cold engine, I popped the hood & pulled the dipstick. Sure enough -- over full. Pretty relaxing even with the adding morning traffic. The breakfast tacos are pretty bomb. They offer made in house I assume real scrambled eggs with choice of bacon, sausage, or brisket. This was especially inconvenient because it was absolutely freezing cold outside. Then again, maybe that's why it was slow? - This mobile is really only convenient to enter if coming down south (?) on 75th towards route 59.
