When I asked why it said it was in process for two days because to me that meant they were working on it not waiting on stock she said let me see if we have it but it's scheduled to be filled tomorrow. They had it. Three people behind the counter and no other customers inside and one car at the drive through. When I pointed that out it was ready in five minutes. I'm done with this location. Even my doctor told me they hated dealing with them. The excuse at that location is usually we are a small store so we are often low priority for corporate as they will make sure the larger stores gets the stock first. Just close it if that Is true. Nothing should ever show in process for two days.

Every time I call I either get extreme apathy, incompetence or just flat out laziness. The last time I called, I got a lady who must've been mumbling in her sleep because she couldn't respond to simple questions and when asked if she could speak up so I could actually hear her, she started whispering. I couldn't tell what happened next because she mumbled something and I asked her to speak up again and she hung up on me. We're talking about people that gatekeep your necessary medicines here not an ice cream shop. Learn how to speak clearly and with a volume above a child's whisper. I called back immediately of course because I still needed my prescription and this time I get a guy that's already pissed off and in a hurry. He answers the phone with a mushmouthed blurt so I confirm I called the right place and I get a sarcastic "yeah" response. I ask if I can get a prescription status and get an irritated "yeah". This is unacceptable and these people know they don't have to offer any type of basic common courtesy because it's the DMV of stores. You don't have a choice. Hopefully someone that can make a difference sees this. I'm not holding my breath.
