This location truly needs training and proper leadership.. Moved here from Williamson Co. and never dealt with the unprofessional situations there that I've faced here in Gallatin on 585 Nash Pike. Never answer the phones and I've even questioned why this is and I was told, "we don't have time to..." Everytime I submit for refills the system automatically cancels my order same day. It is shocking to me how rude the pharmacy staff at our Walgreens in Gallatin is. My husband was in the second drive thru stall waiting for help for 10 minutes when the car to the left pulled out and they put the closed for lunch sign up and wouldn't even acknowledge him. We were there before their lunch time. We called the help button and she answered the phone -"we are closed" and hung up on him. This is the third time this has happened. Absolutely so unnecessarily rude for no reason at all. Tye manager (female) was extremely unprofessional and rude on the phone.

Have dealt with same bad service for years. A pharmacy tech there has claimed my medications weren't there, uppriced all my meds by switching them to name brands and most recently changed my allergies to reflect a medication I have taken for ten years to be an allergy. All of these have sparked corporate complaints with no change, so now with my paper trail I am going to the Pharmacy board. read more

This is the worst pharmacy in Gallatin, they always claim to be short staffed and are the most rude people you'll ever come across. They all seem to hate their jobs and they take it out on the customer, no matter how nice you are they give you an eat shit and die attitude. They once said they don't have my prescription in stock and sent me to the greenlea Walgreens, just to get there and they tell me the other one shows they have it in stock on their system and sent me right back across town. They poor attitude having staff said, "oh it didn't say that the first time" . I recommend go to the Walgreens on greenlea or literally any other pharmacy on earth. I would purposely drive 25 miles out of my way just to avoid this particular Walgreens. read more

Healthcare Clinic is a great benefit. Could not get in touch with my doctor so I used the walk-up Clinic. Got my prescription and got well faster than if I had to wait for a doctor's appointment. I plan on being a regular at my neighborhood WHC just because my ENT doctor is such a long drive. read more

The pharmacy there is absolutely horrible. As a nurse-- I do not like feel like how they handle things is appropriate whatsoever. They constantly hang up on you after being on hold for an extended period of time. If they do not have a prescription ready for pick up they will straight up lie to you saying they don't have that prescription or there is an issue with your insurance. They do not care about your time- they told me an issue with a PA had been resolved and we could come get the prescription. then hours later we come get the prescription (on my husband break for lunch at work) and then tell him they never received the PA for the prescription despite telling us the exact amount the prescription was with insurance and reading off when they received verbatim the PA from the doctors office prior that morning. So yet another time they straight up lied to us about it. Yet another day without his prescription. They absolutely do not care at all. Lying about receiving paperwork should be illegal given the time the doctor has to spend doing another one when they have had it the entire time. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. You will not receive your medications in a timely fashion. They are not trustworthy And it is a complete headache every single month getting your prescription filled. read more

Do not waste your time going here. Website indicates 15 minute wait - NO WAY! Try 6 hours! After this long wait we were told my prescription was not correct and they needed to call doctor. Why did they not tell us this when we dropped it off before waiting 6 hours. I was sick and needed the meds. Customer service has always been bad here. Never again! I am gone. read more

This store has completely frustrated me not just with their customer service but professionalism. I informed them on several Occasions that I had Atena Insurance. I was trying to get my newborn babies prescription filled and They refused to verify my information. I continued to tell them that my child was on my policy and they continued to be ruse and tell me no. I was told by this company that I had To verify with Atena and they continued to be rude, condescending, and very unhelpful. For three days they refused to even try to help me resolve my issue. On day three I was finally able to get someone there to look into my issue further and they discovered they had not updated my insurance even though I had given them my card several times over the past year. They were filing my prescriptions on my old insurance. This is inexcusable. My child has been suffering for three days. She is a preemie. I should have to jump through hoops or be made to feel inadequate. This is so unprofessional. read more

I found several old rolls of pictures and took 3 of them to Walgreen's, Nashville Pike, Gallatin, TN. Rolls have to be sent off to be developed and the box says 5 days. I took them in on April 13th. The pick up time said April 21st. They were not brought to the store until April 23rd and only one roll was brought. There are still 2 rolls out being processed. I paid for the one roll and as you can see on the picture, this is what I got! There were 2 other prints that were of our dog that were very dark. I asked if I could get a refund. The cashier talked to the manager and came back and said he would only refund $3.00. The receipt plainly states "return value $10.35. I asked for the name and address of the company who developed them. The cashier said it was Fuji and if she had the address she did not know if she could give it to me. I told her they should refund because there were no pictures. She said they did too many to look at them and used their chemicals so they would not refund. So, I am out $11.31 counting tax for no prints. I did call the Walgreen's customer service number and was told they would have someone call me in 2 business days! I have 2 more rolls coming (which are over the days promised) and I hope I am not made to pay for bad picturs again. read more

This is the worst Walgreens! I was on an extended visit in TN and I used them on 2 separate occasions. The first time it took 3 trips, on one return trip, took 45 minutes in the drive thru. Only then, I was told, they were out of stock. Both times I was told my RX would been ready. They have my cell number in the system. They could have saved me a lot of time, with one simple call. Also, I am signed up for text alerts but, don't expect to get one from here. On the 2nd occasion I was told that I didn't even have any refills. Not true. So, I asked to speak to the pharmacist. I briefly explained my past problems with poor communication and ask that my prescription be done immediately since, I was told it would be ready. My comment was "you guys are not on your game". The pharmacist told me that I was taking my anger out on the wrong person, and the longer she was talking with me, the longer it would take her to get my prescription ready. I have used Walgreens all over the country and never had any problems. Caution: Very unprofessional behavior here! If you decide that you HAVE to use this pharmacy, call ahead and make sure that your prescription is ready and in the bottle. read more

Terrible customer service at this Walgreens. I've been meaning to find another pharmacy because of how busy/slow they are and today really made up my mind. After waiting in line to find out that my prescriptions were not ready, I was asked to take a seat for about 15 minutes while they finished. The tech told me she would call me up when they were ready so I sat down a patiently waited. After 30 minutes I got a text that they were ready and I waited for her to call me up. By now, the line is about 10 deep. I finally went up o the counter to tell the pharmacist working the register that I've been waiting and the text said the scripts were ready. I explained that I already waited in the line once and didn't think it was fair that I wait in line again. To which she responded to go wait in line. No one else in that line had to wait twice so I didn't understand why I had to. She was very cold and rude, so I left without my much needed prescriptions. Very uncaring for the pain I was in and unprofessional. Yes, I am I'll be transferring my business elsewhere and I'm sure they won't even care. Terrible. If you can find another pharmacy, I recommend you do unless you have lots of time to spare. read more
