This gas station does the one thing a gas station can do to really piss me off...it makes you walk…read moreinside to get a receipt as a way to get you into the store in the hopes you will impulse buy something. The purpose of paying at the pump is to fill the tank and leave. This cheap ploy is frustrating. And it isn't a situation where the pump was just out of paper. I have stopped to fill 3 times in 3 weeks (out of necessity) using 3 different pumps, and all 3 gave a message of "Come Inside for Receipt". I get that the profits come from selling stuff in the store and not from the gas itself, but this just annoys the crap out of me.

We got gas here on a road trip. I went in to use the restroom. The women's bathroom was disgusting…read more Toilet filled with poo that wouldn't flush. Overwhelming smell of urine. Trash overflowing. The toilet roll was on the floor when I walked in. The floor was sticky and covered in a layer of dirt. Toilet and sink both dripping. In hopes that the men's room would be better, I looked in there next. The men's room reeked of stale urine. The floor was similarly dirty. The toilet seat was covered in dried urine. The sink had paper towels in it. Seeing this, I went to leave the store in search of another place to use the restroom. On my way out I noticed shelves with still packed boxes on them and cases of beverages still partially packed. The floor in the store was dirty from tracked salt and dirt in, but more than a day's amount. It kind of looks like the gas station just hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Gross. We ended up down the street at Speedway to use the bathroom, much cleaner.

I turned off the car and pulled out my credit card to discover that the pump did not take credit card and there was a note taped to the pump that said you need to go inside to pay. It would have been nice if they just closed off the pump and put a bag over the handle so you don't pull up there. I then had to get back in the car and moved to another pump. I currently have a hurt knee and it is not easy to get in and out of the car so I had to get back in and deal with that. So needless to say, I got my gas I was on my way and all was fine. Was just annoying the pump wasn't working properly. This could have easily been a 5 star rating.

My pump was very slow. It took 4 times longer to fill my gas tank than normal. I would try a different station if you can. Good luck...

Always have had the friendliest employees of all the speedway gas stations in NKY. Not chronically…read moreshort staffed like the others are. Very clean (for a gas station). This specific location is off the beaten path and you'll literally miss it if you blink. The sign is overgrown with trees so you can drive right past it without knowing. Presumably there is some sort of statute in this part of the county that will not allow them a larger sign. They do, however, have hot food most of the time given all the factories nearby, they have to ensure the employees have plenty of food to eat, which they do a great job of. Unlike many speedways, you go to after your first shift workers go home for the day. There is no more food that Speedway prepares.
