I missed her call Friday but noticed she also emailed me. I replyed to her email regarding my options and she not only got back to me "after" store closing hours Friday evening but also thoroughly explained how she could produce the best quality copy and the cost. I told her I'd follow-up after the holiday weekend. She left a message Tuesday that the print was ready for pickup. Molly went over and above my expectations, gave of her time and clearly explained and answered all my questions, clearly a not a profitable job for all the time she spent with me!
