I had my first colonoscopy supposedly with Dr. Wiley. Never met the man in my life. Consult in…read moreoffice completely unnecessary. We have been doing colonoscopy's for a long time do a virtual an sign the consent when you go in For the actual screening. No wonder you can't get people to keep up on their preventative care As if that consult is even worth the $100.00 dollars for the basic information they give you. They didn't even give the prep they said i was going to get.

Dr. Wylie is the type of doctor you only see once, the day of your surgery. His unorganized office…read morehandles everything else. He performed surgery on my mother while taking a particular medication for her AI condition (that could potentially hinder healing) which we were aware of. This surgery resulted in a "temporary" ileostomy. During this time she suffered with severe dehydration due to the ileostomy. No one took it upon themselves to explain that this could be an ongoing issue, nor were they in any rush to solve the problem. Wheeling Hospital also does NOT have an Ostomy nurse which in my opinion is a must for someone undergoing this type of surgery. There is no one to educate you on how to care for yourself and the severe issues and ileostomy can cause! Five months later, the surgery was scheduled; everything reviewed and all paperwork signed. A week before the reversal, he refused to do the surgery because she was taking that same medication, which she cannot be off of. The surgery scheduler called to tell my Mother this, not the doctor, NP, PA or anyone with a valid explanation. This was NEVER communicated from the start or she would not have went through with the surgery. This left us scrambling to find another surgeon, so you can imagine the additional stress. I am not one to complain, but when researching a doctor, I want a REAL review. There is a lot more to this story as to what a mess that office is, so please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. It may be convenient because he's local, but your physical health and care will suffer.

Dr. Warnock was OK, but their billing office or manager is terrible…read more I paid for my office visit in full and then my insurance paid on it which left me a credit or overpayment of sixty dollars. This was in July and I never received a statement from them or heard anything about it until I called them about 3 or 4 times and said I wanted my money back or I would call my insurance company and they could explain the situation to them. Finally about 3 or 4 days after this they sent me a refund check. That's a terrible way to treat your patients. They will never see me in there again!

This place absolutely destroyed my teeth, I went 35 years with not a single tooth pain, went here…read morefor a simple chipped tooth, figured I was dealing with professionals and never really went to a dentist outside of normal checkups. They tell me I need root canals and had multiple teeth that were in need of them. Should have walked out the door, but again, thought I was dealing with professionals. I cannot remember how many root canals I had done here, but its been several years now, they have all fallen apart, I am left with a mouth full of destroyed teeth that I now have to pay to have removed, some are completely broken off at the gum line. I wish I would have never walked into this place to fix a simple chipped tooth! I now live in constant pain from every single tooth they worked on being broken and falling apart. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! It is unreal to me that they are even still allowed to be in business, I will never get the full use of my teeth back, they just want to drain your insurance for every penny they can get.
