Unfortunately I had one of the most unprofessional and discouraging experiences with this company…read more I placed a relatively small rush order for embroidery, was guaranteed one date (end of August) and when I called to get an update on the order and when I could pick up the owner told me (just after Fourth of July) that he had bought food for the entire production staff that gave them food poisoning and delayed our order. Being a reasonable person I believed this and waited another THREE WEEKS after the order was delayed a week. Finally I am told all but one item is ready for pickup, I go to pick up and the receptionist shares what I can only assume is the at least partial truth behind the food poisoning lie - the embroiderer had left with little to no notice. Not only was the staff very difficult to get a hold of, when I did get a hold of the owner he lied to me! Anyway fast forward to what is now 3 months later and after many calls to follow up including a promise to mail the final item that they were waiting on receipt of a larger size for, we still don't have that item. The items we do have were done incorrectly all of them in the wrong color and one item completely not what we ordered.

After receiving a quote and the work was already underway, I was informed of an additional charge for thread colors that had not been disclosed or approved in advance. When I politely noted that I would have appreciated the opportunity to approve any new charges ahead of time, the response was extreme. Traci abruptly cancelled the order, told me to pick up my item uncompleted, and stated that I had "too many requests," despite my requests (all two of them) being standard to confirm placement/sizing and color accuracy. I was left without a finished product after several weeks of back-and-forth. I would not recommend her services at all.
