It's super clean & very pretty inside. Love the classic black & white simple design, like butcher shops from the past. Just simple, straightforward clean restaurant/shop, super clean food & super simple design. When you first walk in, there is a spice & condiment section if you needs some spicy haha. Then, there are coolers of Beautiful Frozen meats, speciality meats, exotic meats & sausages all along the walls; "grab & go section." Then, there are two coolers full of hand cut steaks & fresh made sausages, boudin & ground beef. Mr. Riley is from Jacksonville, Miss. He knows his stuff, he's totally legit. His "Signature grind" is my jam. He grinds his "signature grind of tenderloin" more like a 75/25 which makes a very juicy burger. Unlike "Costello's" in Pensacola, he grinds his with Filet, which is a little dryer & "The Butcher shop" in Pensacola is the worst. Anyhoo, I am over the moon that we now have an authentic quality skilled butcher in Pensacola, Mr. Riley! Yay!!!! Mr. Riley also has wagu!!! Yay!!!! lol We had a long conversation about his signature grind & how it makes the perfect grind for juicy burgers. He told me if you want it even more juicy, he has a "Signature wagu grind" we can try also! Yay!!!! :)... We can't wait! Sir Hubbers & I are planning a big party this weekend at the Surf Shack & we will be having lots of Mr. Riley's juicy burgers on the grill & a few steaks & sausages too! So exciting!
