I learned quickly that the area is NOT vegetarian friendly and this place was one of the few exceptons. The staff we interacted with were incredibly friendly and they always got food out in a timely manner. We ended up visiting the food truck 2-3 times during our trip because we trusted the quality of what was being served. The one thing I can say that I was disappointed with was their sauces.
