They assisted me in finding a bow at the price point I was comfortable with and at the indoor range they spent almost an hour tuning the bow to my needs and gave me shooting tips as I am new to the sport. The store is white glove clean and the staff are friendly and ready to help. Lots of parking is a huge plus because you can get in and out quickly after you've loaded up all your hardware needs. You will often pay a premium for things you can find at Home Depot, so you pay for the service. While I would like to support the business more, I am always working on my projects after work, and on the weekends, usually after the business hours. Also, the lack of website is a real drag. How do I know they even have what I am looking for? I won't waste my time calling or trying to pop in during their limited hours.

So when I am out and about and find that I need something, I usually check to see if there is an Ace Hardware nearby; and that's how I ended up in this one. We had just put a property under contract to buy and the owner only had one key. We needed at least one spare to put into a lock box hung on the door and drove over here to have one made. It was easy to find and as I went in I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything. I asked to get a copy of the key made and was directed to where the machine was and quickly had the spare key made, paid for, and in my hand as I left the store...all in under five minutes. And the best part was the key they made for me fit and worked! As with my local Ace, they were helpful and friendly and quickly got me on my way.

No call - just texts stating the appointments were cancelled. Did not seem as though there were any attempts to locate the required parts (which were very common parts available on Amazon for next day delivery). Called a competitor.
