The employees are all intelligent, professional and well trained. I have taken several vehicles to them for oil changes and for VA state inspections. I completely trust them with my 2004 BMW M3 and my wife's 2005 BMW 530i and our FJ Cruiser. I also take my motorcycles there for inspections. They are always very careful and thoughtful about the work they perform. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they work quickly. They do not use high pressure sales tactics (like other Salem oil change places) to sell new wipers, air filters, etc. I really like this shop and the friendly, honest people that work there. Featuring Pennzoil products, I use full synthetic in my cars. Highly recommended!

What really was the last straw for me today was I got in my car to go to the doctor and there was a lot of mist on my windshield and dirt so I hit the stalk to spray the windshield fluid and the wipers went on but guess what there was still fluid so I went to manually turn the wipers on to clear the windshield again and guess what it didn't work so now I had to order a whole new windshield stalk assembly with the relay and sensor which alone is $165 not to mention that I have to pay someone to install it. And remember, he is the one that did the pre-inspection before I bought the car and what mechanic doesn't check the windshield wiper function to see that it works as part of this inspection? So, I also have found a handful of other things that need to be done on the car that he didn't bring to my attention. I absolutely cannot afford to go to a shop now with all of these issues, let alone to a crook like this. I found someone that is going to do it on site where I live and for $75 an hour but quite frankly I can barely afford that on my income with all of the parts that I had to buy. So in short, this guy is a liar and a thief. Stay far away from him and his shop!!!

They didn't, have my brand and style in stock, so I had to pay more for what they had in stock. Which was fine, but they put 50 lbs. of air in all four. Recommend air pressure is 33 lbs. 50 was the max. For the sidewalls.. I t was hot that day, so when I checked them after driving 25 miles down I-81, one tire on the front registered 57 lbs.. That was after they set for 2 hours. This was on a Monday. The Saturday before I was in there an hour and a half before they closed and only one person was at the shop. So I had to lose 4 hours of work to get my car fixed on Monday. I got road hazard on my new tires, so unfortunately I may have to deal with them again if my new tires go bad. I have dealt with them before too, and they just aren't very professional , and on the ball mechanically wise. I recommend Pep boys on Electric road.
