The employees are all intelligent, professional and well trained. I have taken several vehicles to them for oil changes and for VA state inspections. I completely trust them with my 2004 BMW M3 and my wife's 2005 BMW 530i and our FJ Cruiser. I also take my motorcycles there for inspections. They are always very careful and thoughtful about the work they perform. Their prices are fair and reasonable and they work quickly. They do not use high pressure sales tactics (like other Salem oil change places) to sell new wipers, air filters, etc. I really like this shop and the friendly, honest people that work there. Featuring Pennzoil products, I use full synthetic in my cars. Highly recommended!

Everyone was very professional and I had no problems. It was very smooth and easy. I believe I was there for less than 10 minutes. The value is good for the quickness and bringing problem areas that I need to fix in the near future to my attention.

I bought tires through the Veterans Canteen Service (VCS), then contacted the Salem Goodyear Auto service to see if they had the tires in stock. They did not have the tires, I was told the tires would be ordered and delivered within 2 days, so I asked for an appointment on the delivery day to have the tires installed. When I arrived I was totally ignored at the counter for 5 minutes while the two employees worked on a computer. After my presents was finally acknowledged, I told the guy that I had an appointment for 1:30 to have the tires that I had bought through the VCS to be installed. I was told to have a seat and they'd be with me in a few minutes. After almost an hour wait I was told that the tires were not there, and it looked like they had not even been ordered to the location yet. I asked when the tires would be there, and was told it will be at least 5 days before they arrived. I would suggest skipping the Salem version of this garage, and go up the one in Roanoke.
