Set up weekly services in April 2023. Initial services were great - they even communicated/left a note in June prior to a heatwave saying they would not come that week unless I wanted services (I was fine with no mow - if it's too hot, the grass isn't growing much anyway.) Mid-July they came and I noticed some obvious spots that were missed. Then we had no rain for weeks so the grass didn't really grow & they didn't come (no need for them to come but also no communication about not coming). Cue mid-August and they have disappeared. The phone number I had used previously for them is apparently an uncle who no longer lives in town anymore and isn't sure what his nephew is doing about the business but he's "gotten a lot of complaints". Since it's late in the season, I'm not likely going to find alternatice service so I guess I'm mowing myself. Initial services from April through June were good, too bad they could keep their act together & be reliable. read more
