Delivered a Subaru Outback to the dealership today 10/16/19 right around 12:50 and dropped in the middle of the aisle, not in a parking spot (with many open spots) in front of the showroom and no where near the service department. Driver saw no one before dropping vehicle, argued, and let me stand out in the rain for ten minutes while trying to gather information about the customer or his towing company. Trucks are unmarked and shady as can be. Driver refused to give me information about the company in which he works for. Refused to give me the information and almost drove off with the customer's key because he's so lazy and didn't want to move the car. After researching DOT # and calling up to file a formal complaint, phone number 443-473-8356 for the business on sites goes directly to him. After that, he has the audacity to try to hit on my and ask me out because you're "very cute when you're angry". I would like to speak to management if they ever bother to read this, so I can explain what transpired and how rude your employee is.
