When I came back to pick up my dress, I tried it on and it was uneven. The dress had been taken in perfectly. However, for the hem at the bottom, the right side was noticeably shorter than the left. There were a few layers to the dress as well and they were not even with each other. The outer layer was shorter than the inner layers. I asked for it to be evened out. When I went back the second time, the dress was very short. Shorter than what I had asked. My dress was supposed to be floor length and it was so short that you could see my ankles and it was still uneven. Less noticeably but still uneven nonetheless. I wore the same shoes through every step of the process so we knew how long it needed to be from step one. I spent $150 for this and I am a little disappointed. It's not the length that I wanted and that we'd talked about. I'm sure it will be fine for the event it's just not what I wanted.

Went to this cleaners based on reviews of other clients. I dropped off my wedding dress (to be…read morealtered, hemmed and to sew a sash onto it) and two other bridesmaids dresses in early March and scheduled to pick them back up at the end of May for my June wedding. Everything went well until I went to pickup the dress. I walk in the door and she asked why I was there. I told her I was there to pickup my dress and she says she forgot to do it. Apparently after having my dress for over 2 months other orders took precedence and my dress and the bridesmaids dresses got lost somewhere in her shop. She apologized and we rescheduled for the next week to pickup. A week later my bridesmaids go in to pickup their dresses and surprise, she forgot again! I immediately called her and told her this was not ok and that she needed to offer some sort of refund for the inconvenience not once but twice. After hanging up the phone, she calls my bridesmaids and tells them that she will get the dresses done on one condition. And I quote "if that mean bride doesn't come to pick them up". I cannot tell you how stressful this process was and how unprofessional this business is operated. Not only did Ms. Kim not offer any sort of discount but she then went behind my back to call my bridesmaids and tell them how I'm not welcome in her store. If I had time to get the dresses done elsewhere I would and I regret giving her the money I did for my dress. I have never written a bad review for anyone but felt the treatment I received during this process was horrible and I wouldn't want anyone else who is already busy with wedding planning to go through this.

I had been a customer of this drycleaners for decades. But a couple of months ago, the store was…read moresold and is under new managment/ownership. The new owner did a terrible job on a recent order. I had a very expensive outfit to be cleaned. There were 2 small spots and one place that food was visible. I showed the owner and asked if he wanted me to mark the areas with tape. He laughed at me. The following week, I picked up my clothes. When I got home, I saw all the dirty areas were still on the outfit. Also, another garment had a terrible chemical odor. I brought the clothes back and showed him and asked again if he wanted me to mark the spots so he could clean them properly this time. He started to give me a hard time so I asked for my money back. I could not trust him with my clothes as they were irreplacable. In the meantime, however, I had already dropped off another order. The same thing happened when I picked them up later. The one item smelled so badly, I could not even put it in my car, the fumes were so strong. I asked to have that fixed. He said he would put it in the dryer again. When I picked the items up later, the smell was still there. I will never go back there again. You will not get your clothes cleaned properly.
