Worse Assistant to Patient Communications!
Upon completing an appointment 3 months in the making, that nearly didn't happen as this office double booked another client to use the same room as my scheduled testing, & would have been a complete waste of time, had I not called the office to clarify preparations for the testing. The office was closed when my appointment concluded, (as it was after hours). I was told they'd be reaching out to schedule a more elaborate re-testing.
Assistant Shawn was supposed to be in touch on a following Monday, in order to explain the testing so scheduling could be determined. Shaw never called or returned my message a week later. 1 month passed before my 3rd message was returned..

Shawn left me a message, but nobody scheduled the important re-testing. I get an appointment scheduled (but the re-test isn't even part of it)! 5 months after attempting to schedule the initial appointment that lead to the first test, this is a heart concern after all.
It took 3 months from initial testing to the second appointment re-tezting, only (they neglected to schedule the important test that was supposed to be completed a month ago, only a follow-up)!
Office manager Tamara heard the entire story, offered an appointment one week out from the appointment that took 5 weeks to schedule while my messages were repeatedly ignored.
If you do ANY communications with this office, do all of it by email, as they provide preferable treatment and constantly overbook or are on vacations, when they aren't in the office 6 hours a day. One skill they are champions at, is calling to leave you a message minutes after the office closes.
The imortant return communications were grossly negligent, even though Thompsen & Brady are very talented specialists. Unfortunately, their office has every possible excuse as to why your important heart health is just a number, and they've got too many hearts to handle competently.
This is sad, because Dr. Thompson & Shawn Brady are very talented in their profession, however, wasting gobs of time with potentially fatal heart conditions is not worth losing your life over, especially if your health concerns & overall respects aren't being taken seriously. Period. read more
