The last cancellation was 30 minutes before they were suppose to show up. I heard every excuse in the book, from equipment failure, employees not showing up, and it rained the night before, so they were concerned about my lawn. Well, i have no lawn, this job was to trim trees along my gravel driveway. In the last conversation with Summer she wanted to set up another appointment for the following week on Tuesday. But at this point, how would I even know they would show up or just cancel again? Its Impossible to hire a business that doesn't value your time or keep their word. Not recommended at all.
