She goes above and beyond her job and has helped me in countless ways. When she was out on medical leave, I saw Dr. Patel who was also very kind and understanding. The staff working at the front desk are always very helpful and I never have to wait in this office which is amazing. I was just there yesterday and I didn't even have a chance to sit down on a chair in the waiting room as my name was called right away. Your time is valued which I greatly appreciate. They used to have an office in Coatesville which was much closer for me but it's worth the further drive to West Chester for the great care I receive. Like many doctor offices, book your appointment far in advance because their schedules get very full. I can't say enough good things about this practice and I would highly recommend Dr. Briones!

The ladies at the front desk were very nice and the doctor was very knowledgeable and nice. The doctor spent a lot of time with us and determined that my son was suffering from allergies rather than a sinus infection. He did NOT write any prescriptions rather he suggested OTC meds to help with his symptoms, I found this surprising as most doctors love to write scripts!! All in all it was a great experience and, in an odd way, I look forward to getting sick so he can diagnose me:)!

I have been doing acupuncture for fertility/pregnancy support, and didn't want to stop during our trip. It worked out perfectly to find Kerri right down the street from where we were staying, because those issues are some of her specialties! I really appreciated the time she took to talk with me before each appointment, getting updates on any physical symptoms or issues I was having as well as emotional ones, checking my pulse and my tongue and then getting started. She also always explained what acupuncture points she would be focusing on and why. Her heated bed and heat lamp are divine, and she always offers essential oil aromatherapy, which I loved.
