Property was fully renovated new floors, kitchen bathroom, garage has epoxy flooring. Property was left for them broom clean. I live on Fl. East coast and came to property 10 days after job was supposidly complete. They didn't do half of what was promised All surface cleaning, not deep cleaned as promised. When I omplained they sid they would send someone back to do 1 hour of work. Anything over 1 hour was $60. per hour. All this after I already paid them $700. They had my money, refused to complete the job. Less than 1 str review. Bad operators. Took advantage of me not being there to inspect the work. I made the mistake of paying them before inspecting the work. Live and learn. I got ripped off.

I made seven attempts to reach the billing office leaving messages with Lenna, Ron, & Cookie. All message were left for a Jennifer (the individual assigned to Burnt Store Meadows. All seven message went with a single response. On June 30, 2025 I received documents from their attorney. He took four calls to final have a discussion with. They charge homeowners $300 per year for what? To not respond to our concerns and go from resolving an issue to collections? Terrible service. The AG office is my next stop.

Extremely Poor Property Management Experience - Fort Myers…read more Marshall Reddick did a very poor job managing my property in Fort Myers. I relocated to California for work (RTO) and left the property in August, giving Marshall Reddick full authorization to manage everything--including tenant placement and payment of utility bills. This was by far the most horrifying property management experience I've had, and I own properties managed in other states. Over several months, I was instructed to reduce my rent five separate times due to what they claimed was a "poor market," yet the company changed real estate agents 3-4 times without my consent. Each time, they failed to run the live Facebook marketing campaign they had explicitly promised. Most alarming, I was later informed that power to the property had been shut off for three weeks before Marshall Reddick notified me. I was told this occurred due to a lack of funds, and only after the prolonged outage was I informed of a potential microbial growth issue--a serious risk to the property that should have been addressed immediately. Despite providing a 30-day notice for non-performance, Marshall Reddick ignored the notice entirely and continued to demonstrate a complete lack of accountability, communication, and urgency. This experience showed a complete disregard for: Basic property oversight Timely communication Tenant placement execution Utility management Owner fiduciary responsibility I would strongly caution any property owner--especially those managing remotely--before trusting Marshall Reddick with their investment.
