Ryan and his team made our dreams a reality with minimal stress. He was with us every step of the way, great to work with, and will be there for support as we make our transition to our new life on the lake. I believe Ryan is more about the relationship and our experience rather than just focusing on the sale. He is honest and straight forward. So you won't get that "used car salesmen" mentality from Ryan. I have several friends and more family looking to relocate to the Lake and, without hesitation, Ryan will be the realtor to make it happen for them as well! -Gary

She always made herself available to fit our schedule and was great from start to finish. The only reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 starts is ReMax tried to throw in an additional fee outside the 3% that's allotted for the buyers agent. If I hadn't read the contract carefully I wouldn't have found it. I don't understand why "ReMax" takes such a big chunk of the sale (plus a fee) when Virginia did all the work. I give Virginia 5 stars, ReMax 2 stars.
