The only reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 starts is ReMax tried to throw in an additional fee outside the 3% that's allotted for the buyers agent. If I hadn't read the contract carefully I wouldn't have found it. I don't understand why "ReMax" takes such a big chunk of the sale (plus a fee) when Virginia did all the work. I give Virginia 5 stars, ReMax 2 stars.
