If you want an attorney who you can have full confidence in then Bill is your man. He is responsive, prepared and looks into all the details. During trial he is so on top of things that I was trying not to clap for him. I post this as a person deeply concerned about how this office serves divorce notices. The paperwork from my divorce separation agreement/address/phone number were taped to my door, not in an envelope, for my entire apartment building to see. I say this also on behalf of my soon to be ex-husband because sensitive information about him was in the document as well. When I went to alert the firm that this had happened and that they should put such notices in an envelope, the receptionist or paralegal was incredibly rude, and said "let me cut you off there and ask you to put your concerns in an email to....." This is vile, unprofessional, and unethical. If you want your information left on someone's door for neighbors to be able to see, go with this firm. I would rather hire someone with some discretion and decorum that would be expected of an attorney's office.

I truly felt like he went above and beyond, and that's all you can ask for from an attorney. As a mother I was really worried about the consequences that would happen to my son. I was able to contact attorney Pierre Priale and explain to him what happened and he told me that he could help my son and that he just had to follow the advice so that everything ends well in court and that one of his team would contact my son promptly giving me peace of mind that my son was in the best hands. And so they contacted my son and provided him with all the information so that he could execute everything before the court date. Everything ended very well on the day of court, better than I thought and I can see how professional Mr. Priale and his team are. My son was amazed at how well he was represented. The judge's order was to change the charge from a misdemeanor to a traffic violation and only pay a fee of $75. Highly recommended.

We had no idea what was going on because we had never had legal troubles before, and my husband had no idea about any sort of accident he was in involving a bicycle. Regardless, he was arrested, fingerprinted, and his mugshots were taken. At first we didn't even know the date the accident had occurred. Once we were told, we figured out that my husband had been in Annapolis, Maryland working at the time of the accident, so he couldn't have been involved. Not knowing very much at all, since we had never had legal problems before, we hired a lawyer who was there at the courthouse the day the judge told us we would need a lawyer. We had little confidence in the lawyer we initially found, and luckily we were referred by a family member to Mr. Rosenthall. Mr. Rosenthall was very professional. He did not take short-cuts and went through the process to subpoena the witnesses who saw my husband working in Maryland the day of the accident (which happened here in Virginia). When we did appear before a judge, to get an extension (if I recall correctly), it was clear that Mr. Rosenthall was well respected amongst his peers in the way they talked to him and about him. Our confidence in his ability to prove my husband's innocence was so important to us because the stress this situation put on my husband, myself, and our three children was horrible. Mr. Rosenthall helped to relieve our anxiety with his reassuring words and his professional demeaner and actions. He called us last week to let us know that our case was being dismissed. Even though we didn't have to go to trial over this, we know that Mr. Rosenthall was completely prepared to defend my husband if it had. He shared with us the angle he would take and what evidence he would use. We made the best decision we could have in switching attorneys. Now I know that if we ever find ourselves with legal troubles again, we will call Mr. Rosenthall immediately.
