They lie and tell you your meds are ready and once you get there you end up waiting another hour or two. You caint talk to anyone there, they a have the rudest employees and the absolute worst service ever. When someone is sick and needs meds they have to suffer for atleast half a day before you get your meds, and your lucky if they dont mess your prescription up. You can't ever just go to one grocery store it seems as everywhere is out of things you need so you have to go on a grocery store tour to stock up on pretty basic items. It is like the lottery to find a store that has whole cream in stock and Walmart tends to have it in stock more than other spots but it tends to sell out fast for some reason. The meat selection just depresses me and the fresh fruit options typically lack what I'm looking for. I utterly hate coming to this place in the daytime as it is so miserably crowded so I tend to go vampire style as late as possible where it is far more peaceful and you can actually navigate the store without hordes of buggies slamming into you from all directions.

The Laurel, MS location of Kroger has a worn out and depressing ambiance. This Kroger just seems to generally be a disappointment to me as they are usually out of what I'm looking for. The blueberries, raspberries and blackberries they offer here often don't look so fresh or appetizing. They seem to nearly always be out of heavy whipping cream and they rarely seem to keep the whole milk kefir in stock. The beer selection is really sad here and they don't stock what I'm looking for. On average my visits here are full of disappointments and I would much rather just go to Hattiesburg to visit the Rouse's that ALWAYS has what I want and need.

She was short, rude, rolled her eyes, and made audible sighs. I told her to be careful after she put her hand in my face. I was there for a return, and she could not have been more bothered by it. Whatever is going on in her world, I am sorry for it but it is not my problem. This person is a supervisor. Sad. This person is in a position to lead, and she treats customers like this. Ward's pharmacy, is hands down, the BEST pharmacy around!!…read more They are quick to fill prescriptions, they notify you if there's an issue, they just started carrying women's apparel and it's absolutely adorable, but most of all, they treat each and every customer, with decency and respect. Not only, are they absolute sweethearts to me, but to my 3 year old daughter, as well!! They are always giving her treats, just because!! Which they don't have to do, but that alone, speaks to their character. They will always make ANY & EVERYONE, feel welcome!! I just joined Ward's, only a few short years ago, because I kept having issues with my local Walgreens. Every month they were trying to short my prescriptions, due to my insurance, not covering EVERY pill. (Instead of them letting me pay out of pocket, for what insurance didn't cover, they told me I had to lose them. Which was literally 60% insurance paid, and 40% "lost!!" NOT RIGHT!!) well, I remember going into Ward's, after finally getting fed up after about 4 months, of me losing medicine I HAD to have each month, and explaining my situation, and within 10-15 minutes, they had my entire prescription filled and ready. They told me that the other pharmacy was doing that to everyone, and that it had ultimately brought Ward's, a lot of business, because everyone was growing tired of losing their medications, just because insurance didn't cover all of it.. Ward's allows me to pay for whatever my insurance doesn't cover, out of pocket. And quite frankly, to me, that's how it should be from the start, at ALL pharmacies. Anyway.. one more bragging moment and I'll hush.... ;) I specifically remember, going into Ward's, after I left Walgreens, & within no more than 3 times, they were already calling me by my first name. I was genuinely surprised. And, I thought to myself, "WOW, I'm not just a dollar sign," like I had felt at other, previously used pharmacies. (Which is absolutely SAD, & unacceptable!!) To me, comfortability, is an extremely, important quality to have.. especially, when I am investing my business to someone.. to feel like my needs matter, and that I'm properly taken care of, each and EVERY time, I am in their store.. Ward's, by far, exceed my expectations every single time, I pop in to get anything!! I will ALWAYS recommend Ward's, to anyone!! Because, there's not many places like this left around, that aren't overrun with greed, and that are TRULY dedicated, to their customers!! I have been several days without medication that stops withdrawals and cravings for opiates and the irony is that the owners own daughter died from a herion overdose but yet they treat people like crap for actually doing something that saves their lives..
