This review is not one of those. This one is FIVE STARS, capital letters, no concessions. Dr. Wooddy, his staff, and their dental business is one of the sure things in my life! I've been going there twice a year (in a good year...more if my teeth aren't acting right!), for 14 years, and haven't once ever had anything less than an outstanding, pain-free, friendly, stellar experience! Dr. Wooddy is, without a doubt, one of the three nicest people I've met in my entire life. My teeth have been worked on by five or six hygienists over the years, and all of them have been extremely kind, gentle on the teeth and gums, and fun to chat with (to the extent one can with a mouth full of hands and tools). They always call to remind me of upcoming appointments, work with me on payment terms and insurance, and make sure I'm equipped with all the latest information on modern dental hygiene. It seemed to me that they wanted the more expensive x-rays to sell me Invisalign. I was charged and paid but I didn't realize what I was being charged with in January when I went in for a filling. I have been trying to get this resolved with them ever since and the communication with them is horrible! They tell me they will call me back but after multiple calls and them telling me that they will call me back, I am still waiting for resolution. Frustrated with the service and lack of transparency.

Okay....at this point we should have trusted our guts and gotten a second opinion. They didn't even do a "full evaluation." But my husband was in so much pain, we booked an appointment to have all his wisdom teeth removed. During that appointment they did little to nothing to control his pain, but we were hopeful he would soon feel better. A week after he had his teeth pulled the excruciating pain was back - they offer "emergency services" so we called back after hours, but never received a call back. Okay...finally they get him in and tell him, oh no the real problem is you need a root canal, but sorry you used your allotment of insurance for dental services on the wisdom teeth extraction so it will be $1000 out of pocket. Obviously we won't be having these individuals perform any additional dental services, as they appeared to have committed malpractice in our case. Just a fair warning to those who may be looking for dental care that goes above and beyond a normal cleaning.
