He even came back twice more to install and adjust a new string for me. One visit was months later, once the string had stretched a bit. He was happy to come back and retune it for me. Communication: Evan's work is closer to art than prescribed work. Some jobs take longer than others, and Evan gave excellent notices (via text or call) for changes in schedule, etc. Skill: My piano had a broken string, a broken leg, sticking keys, and 1/2" of dust under the keyboard. Evan didn't flinch, and tackled each problem with confidence. Attention: He noticed the other instruments in the room, and he talked to me about how his tuning would bring my piano to true A440, making my other tuned instruments jive with the piano.
