Dr. Hojabri is a very good doctor. he is - as evchen already…read morementioned- a handsome man. I think hes orginally from Iran, and he can speak english. According to his website he studied in the USA. Dr. Hojabri always tries to make his patients feel comfortable, and he explains every step of the examination. When things start to get awkward he tries to make conversation to ease the atmosphere his staff is experienced and very friendly. His practice is very welcoming, and u usually don't need to wait more then 15 minutes. You need an appointment of course. His wife shares the same practice too, but she's a dermatologist. Perfect location, just 2 mins from Altona Bahnhof Highly recommendable.

As South African I was already a bit nervous to go to a German Gynea as I have not been to one before. However, I was not prepared for being humiliated for not knowing what to do and not speaking German. The doctor was extremely unfriendly and made feel like I was wasting her time because I did not do things as she expected and could not speak German. I basically got some bad news (I think) about Hormones that are not right to get pregnant but the extent of the explanation was so rushed and bad that I actually have no idea what is wrong or what I have to do next. I am sure she is good with her German patients but definitely not recommended for English speaking person.

I've been having really bad pains and cramps for the last year, I went to the hospital around 4…read moretimes because of it, after visiting my family Dr, she called this praxis and made an appointment for me, I've tried one time before to get an appointment there with the same symptoms, and they didn't accepted me... This time my Dr. Called and made the appointment for me... So I get there, (insane pain... Goosebumps and shaking from pain) and the blond woman in the reception started to educate be and in a very rude tone of voice, "reminding" me that I've already tried once to get an appointment there, and that they don't rake emergency's... I told her that I wasn't the one who called.. (In my broken German, with insane pain) and she insisted that she needs to educate me and tell me that I shouldn't do this kind of things as if I was doing something wrong, insisting that that's not how they work, and I understand that, but I wasn't the one who made the appointment it was my Dr. Any ways... That wan was a monster... I was crying in the reception with pain and she unable to show any kind of empathy... I ask her already pissed and angry if I should leave she said that I can stay..( so why the fuck I needed to feel and get all that crap from that receptionist I dont know...) After that I waited like 2-3 hour... Nether to say crying in the waiting room and got not real attention from that Dr. And not only that... They later Sended me a letter home that I'm no longer welcome in that praxis... NEVER IN MY LIFE IVE BEEN TREATED LIKE THAT FEOM A HEALTH WORKER! NO EMPATHY, SHE TOOKED MY DIGNITY IN 1 SEC. I REALLY WANTED TO GET A LAWYER A GET SOME JUSTICE . ITS NOT WORTH IT. HOPEFULLY THIS REVIEW WILL DO THE JOB.
