I was pleasantly surprised by his practice as well as his services. The whole experience was pleasant from start to finish and I found that he is a very modern doctor. You can set up appointments via his website, his practice is well designed and comfortable, he takes his time to listen and understand what your problems are and gives good advice without preaching. I will continue to use his services as he won me over with the quality he offers. His assistant is also very nice and makes the experience that much better although you won't see moch of her. It took me a long time to take a eye laser surgery but after a friend did it successfully I was…read moremotivated enough to do it too. After signing up online I got a call and booked an appointment within the next days. At the appointment they conducted several tests and also explained what would happen at the surgery, the staff was really nice and I felt save at al times. The surgery itself took place at the eye clinic at the UKE ( a real hospital ) and one advise: take the tranquilizer pill ;) The surgery itself took only 20 minutes and I was ready to go afterwards. You can already see after the surgery and they have a nice little room to relax with chocolate and chill music. The first 4 hours were pretty rough but afterwards it got much better. The surgery was 30 days ago and I enjoy the new freedom everyday :)
