Roslindale, MA. Came in on Tuesday, 12.30.2025, around…read more6pm. There was one person at the desk, on the phone. I stood there for about 10 mins, he never even acknowledge my presence, just talking on the phone and smiling. Returned about 1.5 hours later. The same guy was flirting with a lady, never acknowledged my presence. After a few minutes, Daniel, assistant mgr appeared. I started by mentioning that the previous mgr offered to waive enrollment fee for me. Daniel said it was impossible for him to do. I offered to pay in full for a whole year - no help. But Daniel never mentioned that Crunch website was offering enrollment special for a reduced enrollment fee of 26 cents. I've decided to to pay in full anyway, for convenience. Daniel wrote a contract where numbers make absolutely no sense, he never offered to show me the contract ( I trusted him because I had such a good memories of talking with Patrick, the previous manager) The total is $189. Almost $50 more than the website offer. The next day I wrote about the problem to the manager@crunchRoslindale.com. Five days and no reply. I was out of state for 5 days. Today, 1.4.2026, I went in person to try resolve the problem. Daniel refused any help. I am surprised that $50 is more important than a happy, retuning customer. Jay Halicki

I enjoyed this facility. It was my first time. Coming from a commercial gym of the purple and…read moregold, this is like a luxury spa. I believe in the near future my group is planning to make a switch with a fam account. So walking in you have a nice concierges who check in your member and or guest. Everyone was really nice and accommodating. My brother has a membership and brought me to the second floor. They had all the equipment you'd probably need we did leg day. Lotta cables, smiths, assisted. Saw the basketball court (didn't see the pool) went to third floor checked out the spin cycle room and yoga studio. Went to the turf area for push sled and squat racks. Def has everything for the most part. Would come back again. Very spacious. Some of the machines seem to have quite a bit of years on them but as long as they work, it's all good. The locker rooms were huge, hot tub sauna and steam shower at this location, no cold baths that i saw. I think with the different tier solo and fam plans plus access to pool, hoops and unlimited classes, it makes sense it's cost, just wish it was lower like in some other markets (states) haha. Will be back! Thanks for the workout!

I was very specific about the techniques and cut I wanted and was assured they could handle it. When I arrived, I was told my appointment had been switched to a "more experienced" stylist. Her previous client was unhappy with her color, so instead of focusing on my appointment, the stylist kept going back and forth, working on that client's color while also cutting my hair. She completely ignored me, barely consulted with me, and kept insisting the haircut I wanted "wasn't that hard," as if I was making a big deal over nothing. The result was a terrible haircut that was not what I asked for at all. At first I thought I might be overreacting and tried to give it time, but months later my hair is still completely messed up and uneven from that cut. This was an incredibly disappointing experience, especially before such an important event. Terrible customer service and I would not return or recommend this salon

He was always thrilled to leave home in the mornings and there was not any fussing at drop off. He adored all the fun toys, playing outside, and interacting with Kim and her sweet family. Kim was incredible to work with, and we, as parents learned much about child development from her. She's tremendously organized and made this the easiest childcare could possibly be. Meals (breakfast, lunch, and snack) are included, as well as diapers and wipes! It made mornings a breeze not having to pack a bag full of things. We miss Kim and her wonderful environment. Her passion for childcare was palpable and you couldn't ask for a better caretaker for your child.

When my husband and I visited Kim (I was still pregnant) it was a school holiday, so her two elementary school aged sons were home with her. I have to say, her sons sealed the deal for her. They were friendly, polite, and very well behaved during our visit. I knew that since she raised her own kids to be so well behaved, she would have the same impact on my kids. Kim has a large daycare space in her home in Hyde Park. She has tons of toys, books, and games that she's constantly rotating in and out. She has also set up an awesome outdoor play space in her front yard. Needless to say, my son loves it there. There are even some weekends when he asks if we are going to Kim's house! Kim is very professional and gives plenty of notice if she needs time off. She is also very accommodating of schedules (with notice of course). I would not hesitate to recommend Kimmy's Garden to any of my family and friends.
