As a 50-year-old Black woman who is generally healthy and feeling good most days, my main focus…read moreright now is wellness--how can I optimize my health as I age? Lately, I've been struggling with moodiness and low energy, which led me to start researching hormones and their potential role in my symptoms. That's how I found Dr. Fuksina, and I am so pleased I did! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, quickly verifying my health insurance and intake forms, which I had emailed on the day of my appointment. After a short 15-minute wait, I was seen by two different nurses/nurse practitioners, both incredibly kind and thorough in their questions and examination, taking standard vitals. Then came the star of the show, Dr. Fuksina. From the moment she entered the room, I knew I was in the right place. We had a wonderful, in-depth conversation about my wellness goals, lifestyle, and the latest bloodwork I had brought with me. I had done quite a bit of research on peptides and emerging compounds, and she openly and knowledgeably discussed them all with me--something I greatly appreciated. Dr. Fuksina spent over 45 minutes with me, carefully listening and offering insightful advice. She didn't just focus on what's wrong but instead took a proactive approach to how I can feel my best. That's exactly what I was looking for--a doctor who specializes in wellness, not just sickness. I want to co-create my health journey with a doctor who is invested in seeing me thrive, not just treating issues when they arise. She ordered a comprehensive panel of specialized labs, and when I went to Labcorp, even the technician asked if I was working with a holistic doctor because the tests requested were so thorough. That, to me, was a sign that Dr. Fuksina is truly invested in understanding the full picture of my health. I'm now eagerly awaiting my lab results and excited about the personalized plan Dr. Fuksina and I will craft together. If you're looking for a thoughtful, well-researched, and incredibly thorough doctor who will truly partner with you in your wellness journey, I highly recommend Dr. Fuksina!

Hello, I hope all is…read morewell. I have been a patient of this office and there seems to be a pattern of non-quality or thorough services. From no-follow up calls for blood work results to my multiple request for a full blood tests/medical resuest not being statisfied to now simple prescription transfer to my pharmacy not being completed. I fully appreciate and acknowedge the work that your office, each staff member does to provide life-altering care but i also need to hold your office accountable for the pattern I've seen over the years. I would love for the office to spend the same amount of energy and investment into their interior designs (very posh office) for the interior operations and quality service. It would make the practice amazing. I have praised your offices to family members, encouraging them to become patients of yours...and i am now starting to regret it! I realize i was telling them to go your office based on the appeal of your physical location rather than the services that I have experienced. Please improve your client relations/services - I know you guys can do it! P.S. Your "contact us" website does not even work for me to share this so i will post my reviews on review sites in the meantime. Would love to have a conversation with the office if need be. Sincerely, A concerned patient of 5years.

The staff running the office are never on time, you are waiting 45-50minutes to see the doctor after appointment time and waiting 15-25 minutes to get checked in with the front desk. However, Dr. Chatta is nice but does not go above and beyond and doesn't seem to request additional testing unless you bring it up. I am very disappointed and as an employee of rwjbh, I am surprised as the lack of time management skill the staff at the office has, I will never recommend anyone to go to this particular office.

My mother-in-law has been terminally ill and family members from all around have traveled to care for her. As such, we needed FMLA forms signed by Dr. Chatha's office to facilitate her care. I've had the unfortunate luck of having to deal with Patricia, the most callous and combative customer service representative I've ever had to deal with. She is constantly cutting me off mid-sentence, and will not allow me to explain the situation fully, which ultimately leads to a shouting match. I spent a majority of yesterday trying to contact their office to confirm if a fax I sent LAST WEEK, was received and processed. We cannot receive faxes so I wanted to communicate to their office that I would have the forms picked-up. But no, they faxed the forms. Did I receive a call-back from the messages I sent yesterday? Nope. I tried to explain the situation, but before I could finish my sentence, Patricia cuts me off! Proper customer service training would tell you to allow the customer to speak AND THEN respond. But I assume she is cutting me off as a means to cover-up their mistakes. I have never ever dealt with someone so unprofessional, but what makes it worse is that this is the 2nd time I needed to deal with Patricia, and this is the 2nd time I've received such service. This is clearly how they operate. My issue was a small matter of having forms signed, but what if this was an urgent medical issue? I certainly wouldn't trust them with my life.
