Robert Harradine, for THREE MONTHS, while Snapon unit was being made, he withheld a protective…read moretemporary denture for me to wear in meantime to protect the 5 protruding dental implants in my upper gum! All meals were eaten for three months via metal implants and inflamed gum. He talked me into getting a SnapOn denture. He was fully paid upfront the amount he indicated on his quote. As well, he won't give the receipt that has been requested twice. It appeared he knew little about SnapOn dentures. He yanked and pulled when trying to remove it from my mouth. Very painful. Very wrong!Pressure on implants is one reason they fail. Replacing implants is $2,000 each I was told at his office. I googled information on how to painlessly and easily remove a SnapOn denture. Discovered the 'Remover Tool' used for these purposes. Two for $5.00 at drug store. No pain. No threat to implants. When Impressions were taken of upper and lower arches in mouth to start making the SnapOn, the upper impression had to be re-taken. When SnapOn arrived it had a gap where food enters the denture and gathers around the implants and irritated gum! The wrong impression was sent to create SnapOn denture! Rob Harradine's idea of solution for that gap in denture? Do oral surgery and pull down the gum to fill in the gap! Denture should be replaced with well-made denture. Denture is removed at least 5+ times each day to remove food, and to clean it and the implants. As well, the rough, outer surface of the denture wasn't smoothed or polished. It rubs against flesh inside mouth. He didn't tell me upfront about 'snap maintenance plan'...the snaps have to be replaced at $55 each. Snaps are a small nylon plug used at connection point of denture to implants. According to a Surgery Center where SnapOns are handled, Snaps will wear out because of on/off action. Depends on how often. 2, 3, 6, 9, 12 months. Maybe Surgery Center's information is wrong? Rob Harradine lacked connection/awareness of what was actually happening in my mouth. Aesthetics... had to wear a mask for the three months. A temporary denture should have been provided. Much pointless, needless pain by eating with bare implants was experienced. No dental or medical reason for it. Heard him tell his assistant he has to remove an implant. From not protecting it with temporary denture?? He hasn't corrected any of these flaws, or finished the case. He won't respond. I requested my dental records two times...no response. Asked for explanation of why he let me eat with the protruding implants. No response. After denture was 'finished' he told me, "When a person goes without teeth for a long time, when they finally get teeth, the person is so desperate they will take anything." Mocking me. He also told me...when a denture isn't worn, the face can sag. Yet, he subjected his patient to both of these situations. Cruelty. Abuse. Deceived. Lied. Misrepresented. I now wear Dr. Harradine's broken denture that he should have willingly replaced. Inflamed gums. A good recommendation could not be given about Robert Harradine after this terrible experience. He's had plenty of time to step up and provide a well-made denture or a refund. He won't respond. He only imagines he is untouchable.

Doctor Rob takes the time to explain procedures. He genuinely cares about one's questions and…read moreconcerns. I highly recommend Dr. Harradine and his staff for all dental care.
