Called Byron Parker Sunday Evening and left a message telling my problem and requesting assistance. Monday morning (12/1/2025) I received a call from Rebecca who told me a man was available that morning. The man was at my door in under 20 minutes. Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name but he immediately went to work on the drain system. Opening the clean out plug and using a snake he had the drain operating properly in no time. He performed some checks on the remainder of the system and noticed that the sink basket was very loose. He took it apart and using new putty reassembled it so that it no longer leaked. I was very impressed with the service provided by Byron Parker and its employees. Having worked in the plumbing department for many years in one of the Big Box stores, I recognized the skill of the man and the thoroughness of his actions. We couldn't have been more pleased that he was COVD-19 compliment wearing a mask and covering his shoes.. Most importantly he identified and fixed our drainage issue in one visit. Another plumber had been here twice; resolved a drainage problem in the shower on visit one. However, then there was a worse glugging between the kitchen and tub! We asked for him to return and address the new issue. He returned but was done did not work and things kept getting worse. He told us to use Draino and if that didn't work to call Lady Rooter! In the alternative, he offered the option of cutting out our pipes to seek the block and then replace them. After much thought we decided to call Robert Bradway. Bradway was so accommodating and as I said above, fixed our issues in one visit and even provided eco friendly recommendations to assist in keeping our pipes clear. Hopefully, we will not need them anytime soon but it nice to know they are there.

This morning I called requesting help with our aging mini-split a/c system and was told they would no longer provide service to us as a result of an incident that occurred last Fall when driving past the owner's house. The workers they hired were installing electrical conduit and a box truck in front of us stopped before starting again. My wife and I, with our two dogs in the car, began to proceed. I assumed it was safe to proceed. The truck suddenly stopped and the reverse lights came on, so I blew my horn, knowing they could not see us behind them. Suddenly, the two workers startied screaming at me, cursing and calling me names and verbally abusing me for proceeding. My wife and I were very shaken up by this and called the local police to report this violent behavior. I am extremely upset as well as disappointed that this company would turn their back on me as a customer. The only reason I am giving them two stars is that we have always been satisfied with their work. Knowing that this is how they operate, I would never even want to use them again. They actually should get 0 stars for treating a customer in such a way. EDIT: to be clear, I never said the workers who verbally abused us were employees of Bradway Plumbing. But it is Bradway Plumbing who we just discovered will no longer do work for us. There is no misplaced blame, other than Robert now trying to blame me. I guess he thinks we should just accept being verbally assaulted and cursed at by the people he hired to work on his house? Maybe he should have spoken to the people he hired about the incident. Anyway, I am now fully aware of the type of business owner Robert Bradway is and will happily move on.
