I have been going here for a couple of years and came back in for a dental cleaning. Not py do they gove superb service, the staff are genuinely friendly and professional. My dental hygienist was precise and gentle. Dentist was also knowledgeable and open to questions and was able to recommend products and brushing style to take care of my teeth. They are pretty busy given the number of clients that they have but not once did I feel, that the service was rushed, dental hygienist meticulously took her time and she did a great job! Booking an appointment was easy and convenient. I did have to point out though that I tried to book an appointment through their yelp website and they said they may have probably missed it, but it was okay as I was able to give them a quick call and they arranged it all for me and was able to squeeze me in. The clinic is clean and neat, there is also ample parking. And not did I only left feeling clean and great but I was also able to bring home some goodies!

I was told that the dentist would now be left with an hour and a half of nothing to do and that I "had all morning to call," which felt unfair and dismissive. As a parent, I can't always anticipate a child waking up ill, and I did the responsible thing by not bringing sick children into the office. I understand cancellation policies, but a little kindness and understanding would have gone a long way. This experience left a bad impression, and I was disappointed by the lack of compassion shown.

Insurance said no, and DBDG told me it would be $2000 for the graft, so I declined. Tane Rontal pulled the tooth and I swear it was the first time she had ever done one. They were so kind and calming during my visit. Dr. Leong made sure I was comfortable and pain free during the procedure and even called me the next day to check in. I was so impressed with their family like atmosphere and friendliness of the staff, I made the switch to them as my permanent dentist office. I'd highly recommend them. They are efficient, kind and experienced (and were taking on new patients at the time I visited.) Convenient location on Lone Tree with plenty of parking. I'm so happy I found them during my time of need and grateful for their experience and support on a holiday week.
