They forgot to send the script to the hospital for my MRI on the day it was scheduled (even though I made sure to notify the office of the date and location). Then when I needed to reschedule my follow up appointment they did not cancel out the initial appointment, and put me in the wrong time slot for the second appointment. Do not go here.

The front desk or office staff ( team ) are usually rude, lazy, unprofessional, disrespectful & very slow. I've seen& heard them make fun of patients also making threatening comments when the patients leave the lobby. Even when the supervisor " Christina " is near by. I've been told " I don't care what you think " by an associate in the front named, Jicole B.You will be disrespected by MNA when visiting the Clinton Township location, maybe even voices raised at you. Be sure to keep track of your meds you are prescribed because sometimes the PA or Dr doesn't read far enough back into the notes from the last visit. Always take notes each visit.

My first night I was cold and freezing, around midnight I call for the CNA, when she came she had a heater in her hand. I had to have a heater in my room to keep warm. Besides that as for as my care was still top level. I even like the doctor team, they was so nice to me and they seem so concerned about my care. The night I was admitted I hadn't anything to eat all day, the kitchen was closed but the aid gave me some graham crackers and she wasn't stingy with them, she gave me like 12 of them to satisfy me till morning. I was very impressed with their ordering system where you can order your food through an app on your phone, and you put in your times for each meal. Everything was perfect plus they said it was chef prepared, it went way beyond what I expected. Every meal was good. I have pics to show. I was being prepared to go to a therapy place, this was the first time I ever prayed to God to let my insurance authorize it 3 days later , so I could get a breakfast omelet before I leave I have never wanted to stay in the hospital but I prayed and he granted, in actual my insurance didn't approve til four days later.

Hearing that, from your doctor that you've seen over and over again and after doing physical therapy, can leave you with a bad feeling in the pit of your stomach. But after going here I realize that all that anxiety was wasted and I'm so glad that my doctor referred me to this specialist. I was scheduled for an EMG test which is basically a nerve test. It shows if you have misfiring in your nerves because of a pinched nerve and other things. This office does do other neurological tests from what I understand, but this is what I went in for. Now this test I knew nothing about until my doctor's office told me (when they gave me the referral). They told me there were needles and electricity involved and I really got freaked out. Then when I called and I made my appointment they were so kind, and said anything you may have heard about this test most of that doesn't happen here. They explained the procedure but I still googled it. That was a bad mistake. Do yourself a favor ask your doctor questions and don't ever look anything up. People post the worst stories and yes, they might have had a bad experience, but everything that I did read online about this procedure was kind of outdated. The needles that were used for my procedure were almost like an acupuncture pin. If you look it up online and there are long probes that are as thick as a safety pin and as long as your middle finger. That's why I had anxiety all day When I came in and I met Dr. Brennan he knew almost immediately what my issue was just by touching my thumb. That's what a sharp mind and 30 years of experience will do for you. Everything I told him he said was completely textbook and I was so easy and he made me feel so much better. To have an accurate diagnosis that now and MRI will confirm exactly how to treat I know that I will be better sooner than later. I'm going to keep Dr. Brennan in mind if I need to go back for any more physical therapy or any more tests and I will specifically ask for him if the occasion comes up. Hopefully I'll never have to go back or not until much much later in life.... but now that I know that all of us who do any bending twisting and lifting can have these problems, there is a solution and you will feel better.
