II hired this company based on its reviews, but my experience was very disappointing. On the first…read moreday of work, they cut my internet cable, denied doing so, and attempted to reconnect it using electrical tape. This did not restore service, and I had to call Xfinity to properly fix the issue. The owner was notified and did not respond. They also damaged the house number and claimed it was already damaged. In addition, they failed to paint the shed, did not reinstall the window shutters that were removed for the job, and left cut plants without cleanup. To make matters worse, the owner arrived around 7:00 a.m. to collect payment while I was getting ready for work, which I found unprofessional. Overall, the quality of work, communication, and professionalism did not meet expectations. Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend this company.

European Painters was one of 3 painters I interviewed to paint the outside of a home I am looking…read moreto sell. Of the 3, Joe was the only one who was not only professional, put personal. I agreed to sign with him. He was reasonable and stood by his word of having this home show ready. He checked on the progress of his workers regularly and then offered to paint the inside at another reasonable price. The work took a little longer, but it was not a rush job. I am someone who wants it done right the first time and not a shotty job completed in a few days. It was worth the extra time. Mind you, each of the rooms were a different color, so it took a little longer. And, in order to sell it, I wanted it show ready in one neutral color. My real estate agent was impressed with his work and the extra time that was put in getting it ready. AWESOME JOB!

Finally I contacted The Handyman Can and he arrived and explained what I needed to be done, he also told me his background. We set a date and he arrived on time and before arriving he called me asking if I wanted a coffee. Upon arrival he started working and during this period I asked him to do a small project and that small project was what another person wanted over $500 to do, and again that was for one item. The Handyman Can completed the work and I was pleased both on the workmanship and the cost. I will not say what it cost but everything he did was considerable less than what another wanted for one item. I was extremely pleased and happy for The Handiman was pleasant honest thoughtful and extremely reasonable. I could go on with more praises but I will assume you have read enough to add him to your next project. I give him 5 + STARS

Knows his stuff…read more Hired Russell and GOGO Painting LLC to paint several rooms in the house my parents are selling. They liked the color menagerie of the previous owner and kept it. Not everyone is into 4 or 5 different colors in the common spaces. Some of the rooms even had two colors on the different walls. Had Russell come by for an estimate. He sized up the situation relatively quickly and suggested a color subtly different than what our stager suggested because it would cover the crazy colors better with just 2 coats. He pointed out the flaws in what previous painters had done and how he could fix them. Didn't need to take measurements, seemed to just feel the space and then gave me a quote that was far less than competitors and he was able to do the job the next week. And then he actually did it as promised, on time and for the price quoted. How are you going to beat that? You can see his work it at: https://tinyurl.com/yc87m382

Since he hasn't shown up to date, I sent him several texts and e-mail, but completely ignoring our request. My husband even mentioned that since he has been very busy, he could provide us with sample of the paints so we could do the touch up ourselves. We haven't heard back from him. He demanded final payment when the job was finished. However, one could not really inspect the final product due to the two hour drying period. In addition, his company broke the hose connection which cost me around $50 to repair. I understand he has a huge project in a new development still I expected at least a phone call.
