In the laziest way possible, then told my friend "you can't win them all. Good luck." The Hamp Law firm preformed $814.00 worth of work, that was to allow them to legally steal the remainder of the balance of $8,000.00. Sadly, I had to go to the Arizona State Bar to see this. The fact Mr. Hamp dispatched a Lawyer from Flagstaff Arizona when I hired a Prescott attorney is criminal, $1200.00 buys one an Uber way father than Prescott. If you had a specific, actual grievance you could have merely called our office with your concerns or complaints. This is why YELP is such a bad forum for feedback as any jackalope may go on and post a rant or complaint against any business without any basis for an actual complaint. Our Firm did not lose very many hearings in 2021. We certainly did not lose a claim for a client with the name of "Dave" or "David." Mine was not a typical case, thanks to an inexperience law enforcement officer. The Officer chose to ignore my eyewitness, who was sitting on his front porch and witnessed the entire accident. In the witness statement to the Officer, he stated that I had stopped at the stop sign and that the other driver was driving at a high rate of speed. Despite the third-party witness statement, the Officer showed up at the hospital and sighted me for running a stop sign. I was able to get the ticket overturned, with Doug assistance. Then we took on the other driver's insurance company and settled with them and then finally we took on my insurance, which was the real battle since they also chose to ignore the third-party eyewitness and paid out the other driver.
