On September 10, 2026, I emailed Infinity Legal requesting deed preparation services. My email…read moreclearly stated my contact information, including a "Video Phone (ASL)" number, making clear that my husband and I are Deaf and communicate using ASL. Bonnie Butterworth replied asking us to call her. When we placed a Video Relay Service (VRS) call as instructed, she refused to communicate through the interpreter and repeatedly insisted my husband speak with her directly by voice, despite being told this wasn't possible. She never gave us the chance to explain how VRS works. Refusing to accept a relay call denies Deaf and hard-of-hearing customers equal access to services -- inconsistent with the ADA and FCC rules requiring VRS calls to be treated like any other call. We've filed a formal complaint with the FCC regarding this.
