In the end all this $400.00/hr clown did was sign the State appointed attorneys paperwork(Literally crossed out that Attorneys name and signed his) If we consider his work and the work of his office on a retainer system rather than a "pay per service" contingency. Mine was not a typical case, thanks to an inexperience law enforcement officer. The Officer chose to ignore my eyewitness, who was sitting on his front porch and witnessed the entire accident. In the witness statement to the Officer, he stated that I had stopped at the stop sign and that the other driver was driving at a high rate of speed. Despite the third-party witness statement, the Officer showed up at the hospital and sighted me for running a stop sign. I was able to get the ticket overturned, with Doug assistance.
