Took my parents for a visit in January and they were quoted a price (which we paid). They returned last week and they quoted another price (for fewer services). We argued this bill even after they threatened not to see us if payment was not received and "management" is not helpful at all. 3. Be prepared to wait - at least 3-4 hours. No - seriously. You will wait a VERY long time for a VERY short visit. I'm telling you not to go - if you have to, you've been warned. I arrived early to fill out first-time patient paperwork, and I was called back to be seen at 10:30! My cleaning went well, the technician (sorry I don't know their appropriate titles) Taphie was funny, pleasant and gentle. Lastly, the doctor was personable and educational. I will definitely be making this my home dentistry. Hopefully, they will not change staff/ownership any time soon.

I called around 530 and was told to arrive at 630 by a very friendly man. I arrived late with my small human in tow and they staff could not have been friendlier. After xrays and paperwork my tooth had to be extracted due to physical damage. I was in a great deal of pain , the doctor was welcoming and calming and had to give me three injections. I felt none of the injections ( I hate and terrified by the dentist ) from time of injection to extraction was a total of 9 minutes and that was allowing the injection to numb. there was no pain what so ever , fast professional and i can not recommend enough. this office while not fancy is full of professional, loving and amazing doctors . I had an extremely frustrating experience with this practice. First, I dislike being sent a bill…read moreon the same day as my service before the claim has even been sent to insurance. They mail out bills immediately and very frequently so I typically received at least 4 bills for the entire cost of the service before one that actually reflected the payment from insurance. I came here three times for routine cleanings. After my first visit I received a bill which I was surprised because I thought my insurance would cover every thing. I assumed it was correct and paid it. I made a point of checking before my next visit and confirmed that all of the services I was expecting would be covered 100%. After the visit I again received a bill. I called and asked them to check and they said they sent the claim but would send another. I checked back in and they said it wasn't covered. I again paid the bill. Prior to my next visit I checked my benefits and called my dental insurance company and they told me the services were covered 100% and they had not received claims from the dentist previously. I went back & checked and discovered sure enough, they only sent the claims to my health insurance carrier and not both my health and dental as my policies required. After my visit, I asked them to please make sure the claim was sent to both dental and health insurance. Long story short, I spent 9 months calling their office about once a month because they never sent the claim to my dental insurance. I finally just paid it out of pocket again because I did not want to risk a bill being sent to collections. On top of that, while the hygienist I saw was generally gentle during the cleanings she routinely ran equipment into me while I was laying in the chair and multiple times dropped tools on my face. I've never in my life had a hygienist drop tools on my face during a cleaning and this hygienist dropped 2-3 tools each visit.

I called them myself and was able to get someone in less than 5 minutes. It was literally one of the prompts when you call. 2 - I requested them to fill out my medical leave paperwork for my job. It took them 3 weeks to complete the form. The form is only one page long. It should not have taken that long. 3 - I made several attempts to get my final bill and a copy of my records, but to no avail. It has been 7 months now and no contact. Other issues I experienced: Wait times are atrocious & they have no respect for your time. When it came time for my final consultation what should have been a hour appointment ended up being a three hour appointment. And the worse part is that - I did not even get to voice my concerns or ask questions, as the doctor somehow disappeared and never came back! Even so after all the communications and all the long appointment times to this office, my original medical issue was not resolved. Very disappointing! I suggest you take your business elsewhere.
