They charged me $750 for poor work. She said she had 3 ladies there for 5 hours. I told them they didn't have to Vaccum the carpet because it was being removed later. I went back in with pictures and asked her to have them go back. They cleaned off the top of the fridge and left the trash from the top of the fridge on the kitchen counter. I couldn't find anything else they cleaned. Be leary of cleaning companies that bill you before they even tell you they have completed the job and let you see the work first. When I asked for an invoice I was told she couldn't provide one. I let her know I needed an invoice to pay from and she left my property. I received one several hours later through email that said to remit payment to 5 Starr Cleaning Service LLC 516 27th ave NW Centerpoint, AL 35215 When I let her know the check was in the mail as specified on her invoice she told me that I was scamming her because she couldn't take checks under that name. Brandon was there the next business day, and I expressed to him how frustrated I was with a previous experience with a different company a few years ago and didn't want to go thru that again. Brandon assured me this would be different.....and wow, was he right. Clint was an amazing PM and Roberto who led the team onsite was incredible. They promised they'd have all work done in four days....maybe five. I was doubtful, but by the end of the first day, I could tell he was right. The team was quick, courteous, and the whole project was done in four days. Not only that but Clint helped work with insurance on my behalf to make sure all aspects were covered. He advocated for us to make sure it was all taken care of and took care of things I was overwhelmed in dealing with. He was way more help than our adjuster was.
