The carpets had been cleaned and the hardwoods had been refinished so the cleaning involved the bathrooms, living room and kitchen. The living room had wood paneling so it needed to be wiped down after the floors had been refinished. The bathrooms were decent and just needed to be cleaned. The kitchen was decent and needed to be cleaned. After the cleaning, I went into the house and thought it looked okay but not really cleaned like I thought it should have been but I was willing to let it go. About 10 days later, I was getting things ready to move in when I started looking at the walls and trim around the doors and windows in the living room, THEY WERE DUSTY and had fuzz hanging from the trim. NO WAY, NO HOW did she clean them as she indicated she had. The brick wall behind the wood stove was COVERED IN FUZZ. I spent TWO HOURS cleaning the walls, trims and brick!! I contacted her with before and after photos indicating how displeased I was with her work. Over 24 hours have passed and I have yet to receive anything from her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!!!! BTW - she charged $325.
