I requested a deep clean of my entire house - 5 bed, 3 bath. 3 of our 5 bedrooms were completely…read moreempty, so there wasn't a lot that was needed in those rooms. During the walkthrough, they asked what I needed in each room. I told them exactly what I wanted and specifically mentioned baseboards. We had just gotten our house painted so there was drywall dust everywhere. I was quoted 3 hours of work for $250. They said if it went over 4 hours, it would be $325. It ended up taking them over 6 hours to clean my house and I was charged $660. I had no knowledge that they'd be there that long or charge that much. Again - I was quoted 3 hours and $250. After they left, we began to notice things that were not taken care of. The baseboards all over the house were still covered in drywall dust, there was a piece of trash behind the trashcan, the counter tops in the kitchen still had stuff on them. Tables and chairs were not moved for sweeping/vacuuming/mopping, and there were entire pieces of furniture that were not dusted or cleaned. I found myself going back over my house and cleaning up after them. Some rooms looked great - our master bathroom for one. But overall I was very disappointed in the service and the lack of transparency in pricing.

I would not recommend. Cleaner did not complete the job that was stated. I asked for a deep clean…read moreand asked her specifically what that entailed. She said "Yes a standard clean is a good wipe down and sanitize the house A deep clean is more intensive It covers the baseboards blinds high and low areas appliances inside and out etc" She only swiped across the center section of blinds, did not clean any baseboards, did not wipe down faucets, did not wipe down countertops, no "high areas and low areas" were touched. She left smear marks on the appliances as well as the windows were she had swiped across the center of the blinds. This is only a sampling of her work. When I asked for an invoice I was told she couldn't provide one. I let her know I needed an invoice to pay from and she left my property. I received one several hours later through email that said to remit payment to 5 Starr Cleaning Service LLC 516 27th ave NW Centerpoint, AL 35215 When I let her know the check was in the mail as specified on her invoice she told me that I was scamming her because she couldn't take checks under that name. I simply followed the directions on her invoice. I then had to hire another company to clean up what she didn't clean
