This was a house that had been collecting clutter for many years and was an enormous undertaking for a 3 day effort! Nevertheless, these women showed up on time and got right to work. By the end of the project we were able to fill 2 dumpsters and haul away several truckloads of items to Goodwill. Lia and her team were respectful and listened well to direction about what to keep and what to give away, while also being fully capable of working independently and being productive at all times. Do not waste your money getting custom pieces made at Sew Sheri. I had Sheri make some pillows for…read moreme. The quality of her work is very poor. All of the pillows she made had seam lines showing that should not be seen. I took the pillows back to her to fix and she said she fixed them but did not. She also made my pillows the wrong size and refused to redo them. She said she would charge me $10 more than I had originally paid her to make them if I wanted her to redo them. The worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Things you need to remember when using this company is the expectation is that you will commit Financially to your closet design when they come out and do the drawings. So if you're not ready you might wanna wait or just make it clear that you're looking for estimates. However, Marion was not pushy at all, and worked with us very very well. We haven't had the closet built yet because we won't be ready for another couple of months with our remodel so I can't comment on quality just yet
