As I lay on the DXR 9000 machine, my heart is so grateful. Not only for my chiropractor, Dr…read more Thomas, but also for Stephanie and Cynthia who work the front desk. I have not been coming but two or three weeks a couple of times a week. However, the last visit, Stephanie remembered my nerve damage in my left ear, left side of my scalp. I didn't realize it until she put the straps over my right shoulder instead of my left, making sure not to bump into my ear or the side of my head. As i grabbed the straps, saying with tears you remembered, Stephanie smiled and said yes I did! Also, Cynthia comes with Stephanie, making sure together that my belt is below the rib cage. These two ladies are very gentle and make a patient feel pampered. Even though I had been to a chiropractor about 20 years ago briefly Dr. Thomas is the first to pop my neck. That was actually the best My neck has felt for a day in 17 months. Very grateful for chiropractor at Dr. Thomas office!!
