I have not been coming but two or three weeks a couple of times a week. However, the last visit, Stephanie remembered my nerve damage in my left ear, left side of my scalp. I didn't realize it until she put the straps over my right shoulder instead of my left, making sure not to bump into my ear or the side of my head. I grabbed the two straps and cried saying you remembered, she smiled and said yes, I did. Also, Cynthia comes with Stephanie, making sure together that my belt is below the rib cage. These two ladies are very gentle and make a patient feel pampered. Even though I had been to a chiropractor about 20 years ago briefly Dr. Thomas is the first to pop my neck. That was actually the best. My neck has felt for a day and 17 months. Very grateful for chiropractor at Dr. Thomas office!! Thank y'all so much for taking such a good care of me and remembering little details that most people are too busy to pay attention to nowadays!!
