We are often able to catch improper installations during our routine inspections at our customers' homes. Some are safety issues and others are issues that lead to water entry and structural damage to portions of the chimney, fireplace or the home itself. Most of these issues can be fixed or repaired relatively inexpensively if they are caught early. Long term deterioration can be repaired also, but at a significantly more cost to the homeowner. Don't buy a house with a chimney before having an inspection performed by a certified chimney sweep.

We called twice in the same week because our pump was going out and we're told reps were busy and would call back. No one has ever reached out to us from either call. Pump went out and we called another place and they are promptly on it. Existing customers should be just as important as new customers. Won't buy from them again due to their customer service. This wasn't the first time not getting anyone to call back. Very disappointed.
