So come this fall, we started calling some of the bigger and closer chimney places, but they didn't seem to want to try to fit us in this season or didn't even know if they serviced our type of fireplace. Husband handled 95% of the experience and it was excellent, they were so helpful and renovated our fireplace so it's now remote control operated (read: idiot proof!) and clean and no carbon monoxide! She never rushed and always had time to help with our research for the spa for us. We bought it in the late winter with unpredictable weather. Shannon, the service manager, was extremely helpful in keeping us up to date on when the weather would cooperate for installing. Several dates fell through due to rain. It was feared the lawn would be too moist and the lift would sink or make rutts in the yard. Shannon called one night to let us know that they felt the installation could happen the next day. I could not get off of work and we were worried it would set us back again. He assured me that since the prep work had been done, we would not even have to be at home for the installation. The techs, Mark and Matt communicated with us through text, video and phone every step of the way. No significant damage was done to the lawn, the tub was set and things were moving along. There was an issue when the power was applied with a breaker blowing. Shannon, Mark and Matt all worked with the service rep vendor for the tub. I am sure Shannon spent over two hours coordinating time and information with the vendor team. The problem was resolved quickly and correctly. The whole team went above and beyond with us to get this tub installed. Had the initial plunge yesterday................................. no issues and a nice warm soak.
