Answered all questions in a very timely matter. Installation was excellent! Brandon (Supervisor) and Gene (Installer) are top notch! Couldn't ask for better. Professional. Knowledgable. Absolutely stellar! Scheduling was a bit of an issue, hence the 4 Stars. Ordered a Fireplace with non combustible mantle and Grand Vista Screen Doors. Fireplace came in and was installed without issue. However, it appears the lady that orders everything did not place the mantle order nor the screen door order at the same time. So that delayed completion by several weeks. This made absolutely no sense since everything was Paid for in full when I placed the order. When I questioned why and how this could happen, no one seemed surprised by this individual dropping the ball. The finished job looks great and works wonderfully.
