My own favourite is the Walled garden, with the different types of veggies and fruits they grow and the hothouse. Has a riding school within the park and a really good cafe, serving hot and cold drinks and light lunches.

There are large expanses of woodland which is lovely just to stroll through, as well as duck ponds, ornamental ponds and a deer park. In summer the minature stream train runs. There is a cafe that sells good food and snacks at good prices. Big problem is the price of entry, which is extortionate.
