As with all pets at home stores it has everything you would need for your pet. My husband and I tend to vist the Pets at home on a regular basis ( as we have two cat) and have always found the staff to always be very polite and extremely helpful I would certainly recommend anyone with a pet and needs general advice ( obvisouly more serioius issues should be consulted for by a vet) to go there

The staff seemed unwilling, or uninterested in helping, and everything was very sales orientated. We were only looking at the degu's and 2 memebers of staff independently tried to sell us a cae and animal package with no care of the fact we said we lived 200 miles away! More worrying was seeing the two 10 yr olds walk in and buy a hamster on their own, with no adults around, and from what we heard no questions being asked. I can only worry about what hapened to that poor animal. The fish section was awful and there were dead fish in almost every tank. Despite the toys being a lot cheaper at this tore than some of the others we left empty handed as we couldnt bring ourselves to put any money into a store this bad.

Having given the the benefit of the doubt we took him again. Again, he was 4 hours stuck in a crate, he was hardly trimmed meaning he would need to go again in around 2 months, a money making scam? The dog was stressed and ran out of the shop and couldn't do that quick enough. The excuse, "I've done 8 dogs today and I'm on my own" how does that work then in a 9 to 5 time schedule. Normally she says she only has around 5 a day. If she goes by their advert of around 3 hours, that would be 15 hours+ a day. Doesn't compute. When I spoke to the groomer about it the bloke running the shop chipped in with, "doesn't matter if you make an appointment, if she's busy she's busy" you have to wait. so why take on too many dogs at at time then? Would I take him back again, absolutely NOT! 8 dogs between 9am and 6pm, obviously not getting the right treatment.
