This is probably one of the worst salons my dog has ever been to, you would expect the staff to be nice and polite at the price of £35 without a tip but no. I had made a booking for my dog to get groomed a week before he would be getting groomed and on the day of the booking they called and said that my dog is not aloud to be picked up today because he has not been fixed. The problem i have is that they didn't tell me about it the day i made the booking so I could arrange a different salon to groom him, and he has been to this salon many times before and they have never had a problem with him.

They have some very cute small pets such as rabbits and guinea pigs which always tempt me. I'm a sucker for a cute face! The store is quite big and you can take your dogs inside if you are brave enough. They also run pet portrait sessions quite often. As with all pets at home stores it has everything you would need for your pet. My husband and I tend to vist the Pets at home on a regular basis ( as we have two cat) and have always found the staff to always be very polite and extremely helpful I would certainly recommend anyone with a pet and needs general advice ( obvisouly more serioius issues should be consulted for by a vet) to go there

I'm always greeted with a friendly and helpful attitude from all of the staff and always feel the correct standard of care has been maintained while I've left my dog with them. I can't count the times Home from Home have managed to fit my dog in at short notice during busy periods and given him a place to stay when I really needed it. Murphy always comes home in a positive mood after his day at the kennels and is nice and tired out from his daily exercise.
