The staff are very friendly and helpful and when buying a new pet are happy to talk everything through with you of what you need to buy and what you need to look after it. the prices are very reasonable and competitive, the shop could just do with being slightly bigger though to allow more room to move and browse.

They are always really helpful and seem to genuinely love animals which is very nice to see as many pet stores seem to care very little about the animals. The actual pet store has somewhat limited stock but they do sell small pets like rabbits and rats and mice which always look well cared for. The stock for dogs is limited but they sell the usual treats.

Sure the shop has limited stock but when they don't have what I'm looking for the staff always tell me where I can get it from. I take my German Shepard to the Grooming Service too. The prices are fantastic and she is always well done I have no complaints with this shop and will continue using it. As far as you all with the bad reviews go, you are entitled to your opinion but some of what you have said is absolute garbage...

I'm always greeted with a friendly and helpful attitude from all of the staff and always feel the correct standard of care has been maintained while I've left my dog with them. I can't count the times Home from Home have managed to fit my dog in at short notice during busy periods and given him a place to stay when I really needed it. Murphy always comes home in a positive mood after his day at the kennels and is nice and tired out from his daily exercise. Keep up the good work, I intend to keep using this service as long as I need it!

The vet sits right behind a supermarket so access is easy through the supermarket car park. The waiting room is a little small meaning that you have to wait outside if like me your dog does not like sharing a small space with other animals. The only thing I do not like it that the majority of the vets are not English and so sometimes struggle to fully understand what I try to tell them. As with most, the costs are high for the little that they do but we are happy with them.
