David was professional, kind, and detail-oriented during our process to find our dream home. We didn't know what we wanted in a home when we started. David asked thoughtful questions to consider and spent time showing us different neighborhoods. Soon, we narrowed down our ideal opportunity. Once we found the home, we quickly put in an offer (with David's help) and began the process of purchasing a home. My friends and family have referenced how frustrating and tedious the home buying process can be. That was not our experience. With David's help, we closed on our home before Christmas, which did not seem possible when we started. The process was smooth from start to finish. It was stress-free, and we were left knowing that we had found our perfect first home. I hope to work with David in the future as he cares about his clients, and his work proves that. Thanks, David!

When it did, she went above and beyond to help us rapidly seal the deal on a home that was about to receive multiple offers. With her efforts, our full-price offer on a much-desired home was in place and accepted before anyone else had a chance to compete, and she helped us negotiate a good deal on closing costs and terms. When it came to remodeling and selling our prior home, Kristi offered us good strategic advice on updates that would help our home sell, and then she staged the entire place beautifully. Both of those things led to our home selling in around three days - before there was even time to get the big sign in the yard.
